Pilates taster classes at Maitri Studio in August

We want more people experiencing the benefits of Pilates, and we don’t want you to wait until it’s the ‘perfect time' to get started.

We also get that sometimes we’re a bit nervous about starting something new. Maybe you don’t know what a Pilates class looks like or you’re finding it hard to get going again after a break from exercise?

These two free taster classes are a great opportunity to just give it a go with other people who are in the same boat. Let's just have some fun!

Taster class times

  • Thu 18 Aug — 7pm

  • Tue 23 Aug — 10am

Both classes will take place at Maitri Studio and last 1 hour. We’ll move for about 45 minutes of that and we’ll have a chance to chat before and after the class. There will be options in the exercises to suit everyone.

There are mats available for you to use at Maitri Studio, but you can bring your own mat if you have one. It’s nice to have a thicker mat for Pilates, so we often use a couple of mats per person.

Nothing else is needed, just bring yourself.

How to book

We keep our classes intentionally small to give everyone support and attention. For this reason, booking is essential.
