    “I wanted to concentrate on issues in areas of my body, in particular mobility in my hips, which is very important for horse riding. The one-to-ones helped me as Christine was able to test certain movements and adjust to help me with the movement.

    The outcome for me was the ability to adjust my seat and legs to give me better and consistent contact when horse riding, without pain.

    During the summer on a three day trail ride I was able to get off the horse normally at the end of each day instead of my normal slipping off to a crash because my body has seized up.

    I only do one class a week and the occasional 1-2-1 but this is how effective Christine's classes are.
